PMHNP-BC, (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner)
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in acute care, pediatric, and behavioral health nursing. As a Colorado native, I am grateful for the opportunity to care for and support children, adolescents, and families within the community I call home.
My primary focus as a provider is working with children and adolescents and helping them navigate the challenges that can come with growing, changing, and finding their way. I believe that every patient is unique, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable being themselves and families feel heard and supported. My approach to care is collaborative and individualized, with an emphasis on building trust and developing treatment plans that fit each patient’s needs and goals.
My nursing experience in high-acuity medical and behavioral health settings has given me the opportunity to care for patients and families during some of their most difficult moments. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach mental health care—with compassion, patience, respect, and an understanding that there is much more to each person than a diagnosis.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my two children and our Goldendoodle, Gus. I love being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good movie. I believe that finding balance, connection, and time for the things that bring us joy is an important part of overall well-being.
Sustainable, evidence-based treatment and support to reduce stigma and to promote education and advocacy, working collectively to create a world where mental health is an accessible priority for all.
