Elizabeth Murray

Masters Level Intern

Hi there, I am Eliza! I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, completing my final year of training at Adam’s State University. I am supervised under the close guidance of Natalie Warner LCSW, ensuring you receive high-quality, ethical, and thoughtful care.

My path to clinical work is built on a strong foundation of advocacy. I graduated in 2024 with an MS in Psychology while working overseas as a contractor for the US Army in domestic violence survivor advocacy. Prior to that, I served as an advocate for teens navigating the judicial system, and young adults in the foster care system. These experiences deeply shaped my commitment to walking alongside individuals through life’s most vulnerable moments.

My approach is deeply collaborative and rooted in Humanistic and CBT modalities. I offer an affirming and non-judgmental space where I will walk alongside you as you untangle patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I will meet you exactly where you are with empathy, curiosity, and dedication.

When I am at home, I am taking care of my growing plant collection, playing Skyrim, or lost in a good book.”
